Weight Restrictions 

The general maximum weight for International Speed Post (EMS) is 35kg. Some countries have lower weight restrictions. However, We suggest our buyer  not to make purchase of more than 10 kgs in one parcel, our site has restriction to add only 10 kgs in one box. If you want to continue your shopping more than 10 kgs, the Website will indicate you that you have started filling up your second box. In this way you can add multiple boxes of 10 kgs in  one order.

International Speed Post - Delivery Standards  

All International Speed Post (EMS) articles are subject to customs examination. Period for customs examination/ detention is not included in the service standards. These are "End to End" delivery standards.  

Usually it takes 10-14 days to reach the destination country.

Airmail (or air mail) is a mail transport service branded and sold on the basis of at least one leg of its journey being by air. Airmail items typically arrive more quickly than surface mail, and usually cost more to send. Airmail may be the only option for sending mail to some destinations, such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan.

DETERMINING SHIPPING COST

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.

Shipping charges vary by weight, shipping option, and delivery address.

To find out how much your item will cost to ship:

·         Click Proceed to Checkout

·         Enter or verify your shipping destination

·         Choose a shipping method

Your shipping cost will appear in the Order Summary on the right side of the page. 

Addressing 

The address should include the following particulars :

a. Name of the addressee.

b. Number of the house and name if ​any.​

c. Flat or apartment number, floor number and block number, if any.

d. Name of the street or road or the name of the place or locality.

e. Name of the Post Office of delivery(if any)

f. Name of the province, State, Department, etc.

g. The delivery zone number or the postal code number, if any

h. Name of the country.

Note - We do not prepay import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees at the time of the booking of the order with logistic company. The buyer will be responsible for those costs at destination country .
