Refund Policies

Refunds are applicable only in below mentioned cases

Case-1 : If the products were wrongly sent, are defective, were damaged in transit, Or sent by us on the wrong address/incomplete address. 

Case-2: If the product received by the buyer has expiry period of less than 3 months.

Case-3: If the product received by the buyer reached after its expiry period. 

Case-4: If the buyer cancels the order when it is pending condition. Please do mail usat about the reason of cancellation.

We do not guarantee the delivery period of the order sent through Post Office / EMS. Refund request will not be processed if the Logistic services provided by the Post Office/Ems  takes more time  than expected.

Special Instruction- We request the buyers to please go through the Custom rules and regulations of their countries. We sell all the products which are allowed to sell by the Indian trade and export laws. We add products on our website abiding all the laws and rules of Republic Of  India & Indian Custom only or other Indian concerned authorities. Our Company is not answerable for the decisions made by buyer's Custom Department or any other organizations in the buyer's country. Before Placing the order please check your country's Custom's rules and regulations and rules of import duty in your country.

We do not take any responsibility if  the Custom of Buyer's country do not approve the parcel/one or more products of the parcel sent by us. In such cases no refunds will be processed. We request the visitors of the website to not place the order if they are not sure about the Custom's rules and regulations of their country.
